viriditas

Viriditas is Latin for "greenness". It also means "growth" and "health". It is the innate ability to grow and heal that we see in nature—in the trees, plants and flowers—and in ourselves. Therapy can offer a safe space to explore, discover and process what may be interfering with our mental health and personal growth.
